How to Place an Order There are four ways to order merchandise from the Clark Art Institute Museum Shop: process the order through our online store, mail or fax your order, send an e-mail, or call the Museum Shop directly. The Online Store Simply select your items and fill out the online order form. All online transactions are secure and must be paid for with a credit card. We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Mail or Fax You may fax an order 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please print your online order form and fax it to 413-458-2318. Clearly indicate your name, telephone number, and fax number on every page.
